Siddha Yoga Oil – How to Use
1️⃣ Before Yoga / Exercise

Take a small amount of oil in your palm.

Warm the oil slightly (optional but better).

Apply on joints, muscles, and spine.

Massage gently for 5–10 minutes.

Wait 10–15 minutes, then start your yoga.
2️⃣ For Body Massage

Apply the oil on the whole body.

Massage slowly in circular motion on joints and long strokes on muscles.

Leave it for 30 minutes.

Then take a warm water bath.
3️⃣ For Pain Relief

Apply oil on the pain area (neck, back, knee, shoulder).

Massage gently for 5 minutes.

Use 1–2 times daily.
4️⃣ For Relaxation / Sleep

Apply a little oil on the forehead, temples, and feet before sleeping.
